Please note:
- Working days exclude weekends and Irish Bank holidays and Public holidays
- Weekend orders are usually dispatched the following Monday, unless it is a holiday
- The delivery times are guidelines only. Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods such as Christmas may impact delivery times
- Any customs or import duty levied once your order reaches the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer
- All orders are usually dispatched on the following working day
- If Standard Delivery is requested then the company accepts no responsibility for non-delivery of order

Delivery Method
For deliveries carried out using a registered post or a tracked courier service the recipient is required to sign for the package so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries (Monday to Friday). If you are not able to sign for the delivery yourself, please ensure you know the person who is signing on your behalf. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time the delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and make arrangements to collect or receive the package otherwise the package will be returned to our depot, usually within 3-5 days. If this happens we will be happy to resend the package but please note you will be charged for delivery again.
Goods must be signed for and received by a person of 18 years of age or older.
Damaged Goods
Occasionally you might need a replacement lid or pump, if this is the case please keep the product and request a replacement lid or pump from us.  Send an email with a photo of the damaged lid or pump to customerservice@monmore.com and we will send you out a new one free of charge.
If the bottle is damaged then we will happily send a replacement product to you once the damaged product has been returned to us.  Please send an email to customerservice@monmore.com with details of the order number and the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving the product.  We will provide details on where to return the damaged product to.
Please note that we do not give refunds on:
- Damaged items not notified to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Opened and used items
Delayed/Missing Delivery
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your tracked order within the delivery guidelines provided please send an email to customerservice@monmore.com and include your order number in the email. We will endeavour to track your package and get it to you as soon as possible. If it is truly lost we will send a replacement to you immediately.  Please note that for items sent by Standard Delivery that the company accepts no responsibility for non-delivery.
Amendments/Cancellations
If you wish to amend your order after you have placed it, contact us by email at customerservice@monmore.com with details of your order number and changes required.  We will be pleased to amend your order without further delivery charges if the order has not yet been dispatched.  Orders are normally dispatched on the following working day.
